Term booking for classes
  1. Each session is for 2 hours, once a week (unless otherwise agreed ).  The cost for is $32 per lesson for a 10 week school term.  Casual lessons are $40 per session.
  2. There is a minimum of $32 deposit payable upon booking and this deposit is deducted from the total of the term fees.
  3. All fees are payable within 7 days on receipt of the first invoice.  Payment methods are cash or internet bank transfer.
  4. If there are outstanding fees  after 4 weeks, Creative Edge Studio reserves the the right to cancel the booking.
  5. Bookings are automatically rolled over ti the following term to ensure a priority space. If the intention is not to continue, notification must be given 2 weeks prior to the following school term.
  6. If classes are missed, a catch up option is available if there is a space in another timetabled class.  These catch up classes are a courtesy, not a right and must be made up in the term they are missed.  There is no roll over to the following term for missed classes.
  7. No refunds are given for missed classes.
Workshop cancellations or Request for Change:
  1. The course will only go ahead if there are 4 or more bookings.  
  2. Course cancelled by Creative Edge Studio will give participants a full refund.
  3. Participants may request a transfer to their booking without penalty up until seven (7) days prior to the course or workshop start date.
  4. Participants cancelling their booking up until seven (7) days prior to the course or workshop start date will receive a refund less a $10 administration fee.
  5. Requests to change received less than 7 days before an event will incur a 30% administration fee (including GST).
  6. Requests to cancel received less than 7 days before an event will receive a partial refund – incurring a 30% administration fee (including GST).
  7. Cancellation or requests to transfer received the day before, the day of, or after a course start will not be eligible for a refund, are not eligible for transfer, and are not eligible for credit towards another course.
Notice periods above are based on your original booking date, if a transfer has been made, the notice periods do not reset.
Any refunds are made to the original method of payment.

       At all times we try to only collect the information we need for operating classes and workshops or for providing an                 email mailing list.
       The main way we collect personal information about you is when you give it to us by signing up to a mailing list, or by           enrolling in one of our classes or workshops. 
       The personal information we hold about you includes your name, demographics, contact details, classes you have                   attended and classes you or your children may be interested in.
